HUC Healthcare have a great opportunity for NHS 111 Service Advisors to join our NHS 111 Team!
As an NHS 111 Service Advisor you will be answering a range of telephone calls and assessing the needs of patients using a pathway to provide basic advice, or signpost them to the best service for their needs. You will be required to obtain and log information accurately and communicate with patients clearly. After 6 months as a successful NHS 111 Service Advisor you will have the opportunity to work your way up and obtain a full pathways license in order to become a NHS 111 Health Advisor.
HUC Healthcare will provide all training and support on site through a dedicated training team working with you to achieve your next step in healthcare.
